Took my car in to have tires changed. 6 hours later still haven't heard back. I phoned at least a dozen times both to the service department as well as front desk. So how is one supposed to find out the status of their vehicle. Will definitely never use their service department again. More

I have never dealt with such a disorganized, unprofessional company in my life. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of someone and when they do, they get offended when asked a simple question. They lack customer services skills, everyone I have dealt with there. The service manager makes an excuse that they “let go” someone so that is why no one is able to answer the phone. I also get told it’s just part of buying a new vehicle, when asking why there are so many issues!!! This whole situation is absurd, I have never left a bad review in my life and I thought by buying a brand new vehicle I wouldn’t have to deal with the amount of issues vehicle wise I have had to, let alone the atrocious customer service. Go elsewhere! I promise you it is not worth it coming here. More
