From the start, the sales manager, Freddie, was not forthcoming about key details of the purchase, leading to an underwhelming result and unnecessary confusion. To make matters worse, the sales associate we had been working with was fired during the process, leaving us without a point of contact. Instead of proactive communication, we were forced to follow up daily for two weeks just to get updates on the status of our vehicle. After raising my concerns at delivery, I was made to feel belittled and embarrassed as Freddie informed me ‘he would never agree’ to the terms we originally discussed. We left the dealership incredibly frustrated with the final product, no assurance of a solution being possible. My wife was nearly in tears. This level of disorganization, deception, lack of customer care is how the auto industry got its reputation. Buying a car should be an exciting experience, not a frustrating and exhausting one. I expected transparency, professionalism, and efficiency—none of which were delivered. The management + ownership team clearly is disconnected from how their team actually operates. When asked to speak with management they were nowhere to be found with no idea of a return timeline in order to resolve any issues. More

worst dealership I’ve ever visited with my car and my wife with her car. Absolutely love Volkswagens that’s why my wife bought a new one not from this dealership because they refuse to deal fairly but th wife with her car. Brought my car in for a factory recall driving home my heater didn’t work all of a sudden heater worked perfectly for the past 10 years. I’ve owned the car now it doesn’t work. Brought it back to the dealership so they could check their work. Apparently the work on the recall was good but now I need $1000 Di did heater core. The dealership did the oil change on my wife’s car first oil change and they forgot the bolt up the skid panel. By the time she got home it was like a big shovel on the front of the car. Had to go back to the dealership and be replaced. Real impressive for a brand new car and a simple oil change again worst dealership in the world that I’ve ever dealt with but love Volkswagen cars More
