We decided that using the truck for what we were using it for was just wasting money. So I went back to Brad and discussed some options. We decided to traded it in on a Grand Cherokee. Buying a car at Sherwood Dodge. Being a new Canadian my hopes of being able to buy a fairly new car wasn't that hi. The company i work for has a special program with Sherwood dodge to help their employees, and in that regards Mr Brad McDonald has shown his knowledge and skills of the busyness to help me out to a very successful purchase. What ever my eye fell on he was there to help and provide a service that was very satisfying , whether it was advice or test driving all was made possible. There was a small xxxx-up with the paper work which turned out to be a " honest mistake" I will explain " honest" as i have a very reserved opinion against car salesman both because i have been fooled in the passed by them and because i am a car mechanic myself so a lot of technical terms used to fool people which unfortunatly still happens does not sit well with me !(Now you hopefully understand my defensive posture Brad) I have to admit that in this case nobody was out to do anybody wrong or out for a quick sale and the mistake was legit and "honest" Amanda took care of us with all the paperwork and was very good at doing so explaining every question we had for her , and the fact that she couldn't believe it was a Christmas present for my girlfriend made my day. All in all Sherwood Dodge took really good care of us and we will return in the future for our needs. More

Excellent Service Team! I dropped my vehicle off the night before using the 'Night Drop' envelope, for a recall and some regular maintenance which was handled by Kami. She wa I dropped my vehicle off the night before using the 'Night Drop' envelope, for a recall and some regular maintenance which was handled by Kami. She was very professional and courteous. I never had to call in for a status report because she beat me to it twice, once in the morning to let me know she was handling my file and the second time around 2pm to tell me they were still working on the truck and it would be ready by 5. I called her at 4:30 and she informed me that she just had it quickly run through the car wash and it was ready to go. I was very impressed. When my husband and I got there to pick up the truck, Kami greeted us with a smile and reviewed the service order with me. She introduced me to Dallas who assisted me with paying my invoice and handed me my keys. They both thanked us for coming in. We really felt appreciated for our business and we will be back. More
