I was a bit apprehensive when I first came in the dealership to see if I could trade in my vehicle in because of my Gary Hill was absolutely amazing. I was a bit apprehensive when I first came in the dealership to see if I could trade in my vehicle in because of my past experiences but when I met Gary he was very down to earth and approachable. He showed me all the different vehicles that I was interested in and was determined to get me the best deal possible. He had almost all the answers to my questions and explained me all the xxxxxxand cons of the options that were available to me. No gimmicks or nothing. I was told they fixed my jeep, they didn't. I made an early morning appointment to have my Jeep looked at because of an issue with the cabin heat. My jeep never even got looked at that day. They gave me a loaner to use for the night and it had terrible tires on it for winter driving. The next day I'm told that it's done, they explained what was wrong with it and how they repaired it. When I left the dealership I noticed it was not working. I called to let them know and they offered to give me a loaner for the weekend but considering that their loaner was an accident waiting to happen, I respectfully declined. I have been going to another dealership that has always provided excellent service and has treated me well and even though they are much further to travel, their professionalism is worth the drive. More

Amazing service I was blown away with the service I received while looking for a used car. I had specific ideas in mind and although a few of them didn't work out, Ga I was blown away with the service I received while looking for a used car. He was able to find me an awesome deal and my specific ideas in mind as a young adult who doesn't know a whole lot about cars,Gary was able to answer every question I have with ease and didn't make me feel like it was a dumb question.
