I sent my report into Sherwood Ford and waited and recieved a e mail from Jodi which is Leo Braurer's assistant and was told to call and get my repairs set up so I responded only for my request to be sent back to Adelle who I didn't want to deal with in the first place as I feel he cares more about the next sale than finishing up with customers.I was told I would get a plug put in for my block heater when it's cold in the winter as it didn't have one and my keypad has not worked since I got the Acadia,what good is the remote start when i can't even use it.I've got nothing but the run around about these repairs and Leo wouldn't even return my calls.As of today Nov 07 now I'm told that nothing is going to be done and baisiccally too bad for us.I am submitting a report to the Better Businesss Bureau about this and I am launching a civil suit to do with this situation.This is no way to treat a customer and I am very uset about this ,these repairs should not be at my expense.I would not recommend Sherwood Ford to new customers under their used vehicles and this has gone on for 2 months.Jamie the manager does not back up what he promises and I think this is disgraceful.Not HAPPY one bit
