$3600 plus 4 day car rental and my truck has the same issues complete with Check Engine Light. I only made it about 5 Kms from the dealership when it failed again. There has been no follow up on my reque issues complete with Check Engine Light. I only made it about 5 Kms from the dealership when it failed again. There has been no follow up on my requests to sort this out. Not happy at all. I feel like I’ve been taken to the tune of $3600!! More

During the recent rainfall in Calgary I found that my 23 Sierra was leaking from the sunroof. Upon being dismissed by my regular dealership (Wolfe), I called Shaw. Kaylee was very helpful and able to get my Sierra was leaking from the sunroof. Upon being dismissed by my regular dealership (Wolfe), I called Shaw. Kaylee was very helpful and able to get my truck in right away to be covered/protected from further seepage. Although out of warranty, she was able to further request support and lessen the financial impact of complete sunroof replacement. I had my truck fixed and back to me before noon the next day. More
