However, our experience at Scott Subaru was totally opposite to what we have come to expect. Salesman Adam, although brand new to the job, was approachable, smart, and helpful. Sales manager Ernesto provided thorough and knowledgeable information while Adam was with other clients. Manager Ryan sealed the deal with us, so to speak, with his vast experience with automobiles in general. All of them made the experience very personable. The dealership was spotless and welcoming. The car was ready and immaculate. In short, this was the quickest and best car purchasing experience we have ever had. We have had the car for four months now, and the staff are always ready for a good chat if we drop in with questions, and Ryan has even provided information and help with our other vehicle which is not a Subaru. More

We were looking for another pre-owned Subaru but there were none readily available. Our salesperson, Adam Choi, was very helpful guiding us through the process. He was sensitive to our needs, and very knowledgeable about his product. He was politeand respectful, and there was no hard-sell at all (or we would have bolted). From my initial call to the point of purchase decision Ryan guided me with care and understanding of my needs. He is very professional in his approach, listens to the customer's needs and offers appropriate suggestions in his friendly manner. There was never any pressure to make a decision in a hurry and I took my time in getting there . I am now a more than satisfied owner of a Forester, a trim level about what I had initially looked at and got it at the best price!! I connected with Ryan King many times for clarification and he provided the information in as complete a form as possible and returned my call or text promptly . He offered to come and pick me up from Edmonton or even deliver the car in Edmonton if I so chose . Further he assured me that I could reach out for assistance with any other issues that I may have after I took delivery of the car. If I was able to give a double 5 star rating for Ryan King that is what I would do. The other members of the team Ernesto, Sales Floor Manager , Ryan- General Manager, Kathie Chernetski Finance and Carmen Dufresne Finance were all excellent .
