My daughter and I just bought a 2011 Kia Soul from this establishment. We have had the vehicle for a month now and we are extremely happy. My daughter had done her homework on the Soul that she was looking for and when we started a search when it came time to actually start purchasing a vehicle, Rogers Motors came up on Auto Trader. We were a little hesitant to call because we never heard of them before and how do you know who to trust and also an unknown place a bit farther that we live as well, what kind of area is it????? So we Googled them. Review after review came up on different sites and it was all good and positive so we gave them a call. From the first phone call to this very day when we call for enquiries or like this week, our purchase of extended warranty we have been treated with respect, honesty and like a family member. As soon as you walk into their office, who ever is there to greet you, are very welcoming to everyone. I personally believe their honesty, they way they talk to their potential clients/customers and the prices they offer make it a very pleasant experience especially for us as we really had no idea what to expect. Also, because we as women, kind of felt overwhelmed at purchasing a vehicle on our own. We were unsure of certain things during the process but these gentleman made it a very educational, yet happy and exciting experience for my daughter and I. Rogers Motors also has a mechanic on site to do maintenance on your purchased vehicle so you can feel comfortable with the fact that they stand by their inventory there and what has been sold as well. They even will go out of the way to help find a vehicle you are interested in if they do not have one. Bottom line, my family and I are extremely happy with the vehicle. It drives great, and has, in the short time we have owned it has given us joy. If any of you are looking for a good used car, want an honest dealership to do business with please consider Rogers Motors. You will not be sorry at all. Happy and safe driving to you all . For first person experiences: Rogers Motors is an AMAZING place. Unlike others it is a family owned and operated dealer full of great people. From the moment you step into their place you are treated as part of the family. As my whole family lives in Mississauga, we had visited a few dealers closer to home before we were directed to Rogers Motors. And since that moment, all the others don't even exist. Not even an option. The first car we bought from them was a Nissan Rogue and we couldn't even tell that it was used. It was undamaged, clean and perfect. Comparing the prices we didn't even need to negotiate anything down from the price. Everyone at Rogers is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE. They do not try to hard sell people at all. If you leave to think about a purchase, you better not wait too long because if you do the car might get taken from under you. It's happened to us !!! We just recently bought a Honda CRV. This purchase was even faster than the first. We got there, gave it a look, looked brand new, had our routine test drive. Again no hard sell. And within minutes we had signed papers. At no point did we feel pressured to buy, and when we finally made the decision to purchase we did so with confidence. Honest, straight-forward, kind, and they don't sell garbage cars that have been re-done to look nice. Rifaat explained the complete history of my car and answered my questions about its condition, reliability and maintenance. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars. Matt helped me choose and test drive the right car for my needs and completed all the work for the purchase. Mike helped with arranging a new stereo deck upgrade for me. Matt and Mike even stayed late on a rainy day when I was late to pick up the car. Rey made sure the whole purchase process was made smooth and easy for me. Always there by phone to answer all my questions. Cuba (mechanic) replaced the rusty license plate screws off my old car free of charge. The price for my car was fair to start with and this eliminated all the haggling and sleezy tactics I've experienced elsewhere. They had nothing to hide. Overall these guys are top notch and their product is too. You will save time by going with them and they stand behind their product. Decided to write this because the satisfaction I am getting from my vehicle is beyond just word of mouth appreciation. Ever since I took this vehicle out of Rogers garage, it's been wow for me all through. Very smooth ride, clean interior and exterior, all the premium features are very functional, changed the factory tyres to new though would have loved to get the original tyres back as spares. The financial transaction and paper work were all very stressfree. Matt is my darling. He does not treat you like a customer, he treats and sees you as a friend for continuity. He is very respectful, humble and well mannered. I didn't get to interact much with Ray and other family members but the little chat I had with them, I knew I would be with them for a very long time. They are all very down to earth in dealing with people not only customers. That is their passion. (Respect humanity. Treat everyone alike regardless.) Above all, they put God first in all they do. Rogers family, keep the flag flying and do not relent in your pursuit for satisfaction and worthy relationships. You are doing a great service and I am proud of you all.
