I was contacted by Nazier who said they were looking for my model, so I figured I would check out what was available but the only car I was even interested was totally out of my price range. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Bob who had been part of my 2012 F-150 purchase from River City a couple years previous.This is simple friendliness that goes a long way in sales! From the get go I pushed for price and features and ended up leaving a few days later with a new car they brought down from another of their dealerships. I'm not only in a new car that I absolutely love, but I'm also saving money on payments! The staff spent a considerable amount of time educating me on what was available and searching for the features and colour that I requested. When it came to purchasing the vehicle Jennifer worked my payments out to be considerably lower then what I had been paying previously which was amazing, and though I requested it I hadn't honestly expected it. Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership, in a direct comparison with MidTown (where I purchased my previous 2013 Fiesta SE ) I would say they are both great but River City just has the perfect combination of people to make the process and experience! More

Parts were ordered and my appointment to bring the car in for repairs was done within a week. I dropped it off, was provided a courtesy car and after 5 days my car was ready for pickup.
