We called him up, told him exactly what we were looking for, and when we arrived at the dealership he had moved three vehicles up to the building for us to look at. We did make a purchase, and a couple of weeks later we got a nail in the tire. Due to work schedules we ended up sending our son to get what we thought would be a quick repair. It turned out the tire was unrepairable, and a tire needed to be brought in. This was going to cause our son to miss his classes in the afternoon. We called Justin, even though this was a service issue not sales, Justin assured us he would take care of it, and made arrangements to get a no charge vehicle for us to use so our son could make it to class. First class service from both Justin and River City. More

Once I had told Justin what I wanted in regards to financing, Bi-Weekly payments, accessories for the vehicle. etc., he simply just made it all happen. Jennifer Gorchynski who set up the financing was also great to work with and eerily efficient in wrapping it all up. I have been to other dealers on many occasions and these folks are by far the best I have ever dealt with. If you want a car and you want to actually enjoy the experience of buying it then River City Ford is where you need to be......period. More
