Great service, unsure about showroom Service here is consistently positive. They are communicating with me every time and are thorough and polite. Roman and O'Neill excel in their roles!! Service here is consistently positive. They are communicating with me every time and are thorough and polite. Roman and O'Neill excel in their roles!! However, a surprisingly negative experience in the showroom. I am in the market for purchasing a second car. I spent nearly 1 hour in the showroom looking at cars on Friday August 23rd in the morning and not once did a salesperson approach me. I've bought my last two vehicles from RH Hyundai, however questioning whether I'll buy my third. I was dressed very casually as it was a day off for me with errands to run. Maybe I didn't look the part of a target customer. Not sure why, even after making eye contact with a couple of salespeople why they wouldn't even greet me. A couple were busy on their phones by my observation. Anyway if the dealership is interested in selling another car to a loyal customer, perhaps someone will follow up. But I'll be more than happy to continue service of my current Elantra at RH Hyundai. Thanks Tracey Weintraub More
