horrible service department stay away Bought a 3.8 Genesis in 2013 and I have had nothing but problems with the servoce department. From not having ny appointments booked to them not ordering the correct part, changing parts on the vehicle and not putting what the car came with then arguing with me ans telling me they cant order the original. Dealing with them is a nightmare. Most recent dilema with them is my catyletic converter blew and they advised me to just drive the vehicle as ot os okay....please bear in mind these are service advisors who clearly are uneducated with vehicles. Long story short vehocle went in December 19 2015 abd today is Friday February 5 2016 and they have advised me that the part will not be in until mid March....unbelievable. and all the while i am car less. Stay clear of this dealership.....or at least visit another service department. I also wanted to mention that the service department has gone through 4 service managers in a 3 year span. I could only speculate why More

The new generation model was a better bargain than the last generation and the salesman, Rory Jungstead, provided a great experience in allowing me to be comfortable with this vehicle every step of the way. He was super friendly and did not pressure me at all, which was a welcome plus since most dealerships do pressure you. I was very close in purchasing because the dealership and salesman provided an impeccable experience, however, I could not come to terms with pricing and a better deal was given to me elsewhere. (even though a few other dealerships would have been closer). I was not disappointed! Called Brek to arrange a meeting & test drive - he responded immediately. Went to the dealership and was pleased with the warm welcome and friendly staff. Brek is outstanding as a salesman – very personable, not too pushy, and explained everything in great detail. He made a point of introducing me to the sales manager and service personnel. Negotiations with the finance manager were also straightforward. Brek was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, also from a service perspective as he has experience in Service as well. Overall, very pleased with my new car purchase experience and would definitely recommend Richmond Hill Hyundai dealership. More
