Sales good, service experance was not. Bought used, car was not cert properly, pulling to one side, lights burnt out etc, took back right away and had it fixed. Was told tires passed cert and are fine, first oil change 2200 km later at same dealer and same advisor tells me the tires must be replaced right away costing 700.00+! I tried nicely to explain I just bought the car and was told they were fine but I was told nothing they can do to help, too bad. They offer 30 day exchange (advertised). This is not true, its a trade at wholesale value only, that would have cost me 6k. No exchange possible when I asked about it. Sales were good, no issues a little slow getting everything done but no biggie. Gave me the wrong second key and forgot to return my old licence plate. The service however was not a good experience at all, the people are nice enough but when you talking about such a large amount of money I would have expected much better being a big dealer. They have lost me and anyone I talk to from being a customer. On a side note the Hyundai is a great car and I will buy again just never from here. More

Hafiz Shariff, Sales Consultant, is a professional all the way and a true gentleman. He has a tremendous amount of expertise in the auto business and works extremely hard to understand the customer's needs and address any concerns. He is extremely polite and has an infectious laugh. Hafiz is young but very mature and knowledgeable. I am confident that customers of any age would feel comfortable working with him. Nash Brijmongal, Sales Manager, also assisted us. Nash is a pleasant young man with an engaging smile and a desire to assist the customer any way he can. He went out of his way to make the car the way that we wanted it. Extra expense was incurred by the dealership but Nash did it with great aplomb to satisfy our concerns. Both gentlemen show a real passion for what they do.
