Service Manager I had a problem with my ABS system and it was not solved on my first visit. Scott Jarvis, the Service Manager got involved and on my return visit, th I had a problem with my ABS system and it was not solved on my first visit. Scott Jarvis, the Service Manager got involved and on my return visit, the ABS problem was solved as well as an unrelated problem on my 2003 Sonata, at no cost. Great customer care. More
