One improvement I would like to see is speeding up the process of moving cars from the service entrance to the actual garage to avoid a line up of cars outside the service entrance lift gate. Dealer prices are dealer prices but to know your car is well taken care of mechanically is priceless. Once again kudos to the Richmond Hill Hyundai team for being awesome at what they do! More

Very poor customer service , Very rude I leased two cars from them 2015 and 2016. Tucson 2016 had accident and the spare part is not available in north America! They said that it's not their responsibility and hyundai canada should take care of that and they did not show any interest in helping me with the issue and finally they asked me to leave the dealership in a very rude manner More
