I pre-ordered a Tucson Plug-in Hybrid from Brek Bailey at this dealership in early May, 2021. It was a long wait, but I got one of the first 10 in Canada - on October 8th. Brek communicated the status of my order regularly throughout the 5 months I waited - and sent me a text the minute it finally arrived on the lot. There was an issue with a missing accessory - but Brek, Mark and Chris followed up with Hyundai Canada until I was completely satisfied. As the deal was closed, I was offered the extended warranty and insurance - but there was no hard sell like you’d get at a lot of other places. I politely declined and that was it. I would definitely purchase another Hyundai from Brek at Richmond Hill Hyundai and would not hesitate to send friends and family to him - knowing that they’d be treated fairly.
