Wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle here at all. Dealt with Greg and he is a nice guy, just doesn't seem to try and work for you to get anything done. I ended up having to talk to the trade in "expert" directly, then it was a matter of them overcharging for features like ceramic coating (which I never asked for, but they claimed it already came with the vehicle). Also was low-balled on my trade-in offering half of what it's worth. The General Sales Manager, Chris was also rude. When I asked about the refund on my deposit and if that was possible, he asked why. I told him that I don't feel good about the deal because they weren't willing to meet us half way. Chris mentioned that they wouldn't have a problem selling the vehicle to someone else. Very rude, don't feel valued and felt like I was constantly trying to not get nickel and dimed. More

Terrible service. No customer service whatsoever. Ordered a vehicle over 6 months ago only to find out that the agreement was cancelled 6 month later. What a waste of No customer service whatsoever. Its very bad dealership. Only sit for selling the cars not for providing any type of service. Once you buy the vehicle then you have no contact with this dealership even they Only sit for selling the cars not for providing any type of service. Once you buy the vehicle then you have no contact with this dealership even they dont pick up your calls. I am very much afraid from them. They sitted to make profit of the hyundai company they dont think about the customer not solved their problems. When i ask to my salesperson about my issues she told me to call service area then i am calling them and they dont answer my calls again and again on daily basis i called them after few days they picked my phone and after they told me contact with your salesperson then i call my salesperson she dont pick my call and same cycle runs for few days. This was my bad experience with them. Really suggest you to not got this agency. More

Brek aka Island Boy kept me informed over the several months I waited for my Misty Jungle Kona and kept the process simple and straightforward. Thank you Brek and Richmond Hill Hyundai. I am so happy!! If you need a new set of wheels ask for Brek for sure !! More

They have no idea how to order required parts and how to fix a car! They ordered wrong parts for my car several times.
