Had simple work done (brakes and headlight) which required removal of 3 tires. Left with a terrible shimmy at 95 k/hr. Took it back to the dealership when I could finally get in as i live an hour awa required removal of 3 tires. Left with a terrible shimmy at 95 k/hr. Took it back to the dealership when I could finally get in as i live an hour away and have an intense schedule, by this time my one tire was nearly bald which i pointed out and said it must be alignment in addition to a balance issue that was not an issue prior. After a 1.5 hour wait for them to test drive they told me it was balance and alignment which is exactly what I had told them already and they said it was also a leaking strut. They tried to say that the balance and alignment was not their fault even though the problem did not exist before they worked on it and took off three wheels. No accountability and now I have one garbage winter tire that I have to replace in addition to getting a balance and alignment as a result of their work. More
Had my Nissan Rougue in to RDN for service, diagnostics, and repair work. Overall pleased with RDN. There seems to be some challenges with communications. Perhaps due to staff changes. We did not do a look through or walk around of the vehicle. Did get a video that explains some of the work done. No cost estimate provided for suggested repairs. Roads were terrible, the Rougue was delivered to our home, and the loaner picked up. One problem with that was, my car was dropped off in my driveway, keys left in it, and not locked, safety concern for me/us. Thxs for your attention to keeping us one the road safely More
First time I took my "new to me" 2006 Nissan Xterra to this dealership for service. Scratch my vehicle make it sound like it's my fault. Service writers never fully listen to customer complaints. They did a poor job installing tires to the point I had to get Canadian Tire to fix the pr Service writers never fully listen to customer complaints. Booked in for 8am did not start on my car until 9 am I was told I made an assumption. Yes I was booked in for 8am but was informed that I made that assumption that my car would be worked on at 8am?
