My experience with Red Deer Nissan has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a new Nissan Rogue expecting reliability, quality, and professional warranty support. Instead, I have s frustrating and disappointing. I purchased a new Nissan Rogue expecting reliability, quality, and professional warranty support. Instead, I have spent months returning to the dealership with ongoing issues that still have not been properly resolved. After the dealership replaced the roof due to a water leak issue, additional problems began appearing, including electronic system malfunctions and other recurring concerns. For more than six months, I have repeatedly brought the vehicle back for inspections and repairs, yet the problems continue. Most recently, I left my vehicle at the dealership from Monday until Friday for further leak testing. The vehicle was delivered in clean condition, but it was returned with visible water and dirt residue throughout the interior. When I asked that the dealership clean up after their own testing procedures, I was told this was not their responsibility. What concerns me most is that instead of focusing on resolving the ongoing issues with my vehicle, dealership staff repeatedly discuss replacing it with another vehicle and taking on a new loan under different financing terms. As a customer, I am not looking for more debt or a new payment agreement. I simply want the vehicle I purchased to be properly repaired under warranty. I was also told to consider taking my business elsewhere and was asked to remove my negative Google reviews. Honest customer feedback should not be discouraged. After months of unresolved issues, repeated service visits, poor communication, and a lack of accountability, I can no longer recommend Red Deer Nissan. Customers deserve proper warranty support and real solutions, not pressure to finance another vehicle when their current one has not been fixed. More
Rant… Red Deer Nissan Serivce. I recommend to everyone to avoid this place of business completely. My wife takes her 2022 Murano in for an engine oil change and a transmission flush. The next day, our son notices that there is fluid dripping from the front of the car. Transmission fluid to be exact, and a steady drip. I lift the car at home, and discover that the transmission plug hole threads have been completely stripped due to someone driving the bolt back on with an impact. We run the car straight to Nissan Red Deer, and service puts it in a hoist, to confirm what I had told them, and added that the transmission housing was also fractured in the process. They admit fault. Three days goes by and we haven’t heard a thing from service, and told they will replace our perfectly fine transmission with an auto wrecker used transmission (standard business practice). Not acceptable in my opinion. They had our vehicle for three weeks, no phone calls from service, service manager after multiple calls we had made to talk to them. The manager was always in a meeting (yeah right), and service counter was always too busy to take our call. Both my wife and myself had to consistently go there to get any update. Zero communication. Each time we went there, we were literally attacked at the door by desperate salesman asking what we are there for.. the place stinks of desperation. Regardless, we Get our car back… used transmission we have no history on. My wife gets the car home and the skid plate is falling off under the car, due to missing enough plastic rivets to hold it into place. We Tried taking it back to have this additional issue sorted out, but didn’t make it, and the shroud was dragging in the ground being disintegrated by the pavement. Ridiculous! They send someone out because we are xxxxxx… pops in the correct amount of rivets and off we go again. No call from service to follow up from their multiple Mistakes at all. It was very unprofessional service. We will no longer buy Nissan, or have anything to do With Red Deer Nissan again! I’d sooner drive to Edmonton or Calgary for service. It is truly unfortunate that a simple transmission flush by “trained professionals” would cause such a massive screw up that causes major repairs and replacements. Disappointed by customer service Disappointed by management Disappointed by installing used parts Disappointed by the Leachy salesman Please save yourselves trouble and steer clear! About the only thing these clowns did right was give us a loaner car, while they figured out how to clean up the catastrophe they caused to our vehicle! This should have never have happened with quality techs. More
What an awful Experience dealing with these people. I would never come back to this place again. I’ve got nothing but insults. The gen manager was so arrogant and rude. The finance manager pretends he I would never come back to this place again. I’ve got nothing but insults. The gen manager was so arrogant and rude. The finance manager pretends he listens to your concerns but not really as he still insists what he wants. They dont listen to their customers. We felt being coerced and trapped in this contract. I felt miserable after my day ended what a waste of my time that I had to cancel my appointments talking to these people. Not trust worthy people and would not recommend dealing with these dishonest beings. Im still puzzled of how they were able to trade a car without notifying me or my husband first where in we are the ones who signed as owners!!! More

Dash lights due to sensor, parts ordered, dismissed on the mileage issue. 1 month later, returned for install of the sensor on order, and again, dismissed on the same mileage issue which is a torque converter that will suddenly not lock up below -10C. Left dealer, 105km later, dash lights are back on, so called service and I'm told they could book me in, but there may still be a full charge to scan the issue. No comment on the 22 Frontier that used to get 800km/tank that now only gets 400km/tank. Save the hassle and buy a Tacoma, I know i will be! More
Nissan has be awful to deal with for our lemon of a Kicks. Our first issue came up a month into owning it when the battery would not charge. The mechanic at Nissan couldn't figure it out until the tow truck driver pointed out that the cables running from the alternator to the battery was not the correct size. We have had thus vehicle for five years now and I still hate it. One thing after another goes on it. We just wanted something affordable and reliable. The Nissan Kicks is just an all around terrible car. We recently ended up purchasing another Ford to replace our Ford with over 200k (no issues ever!) and I am in love with our Ford Explorer. It is a beauty! And drives in the winter! No dead battery. No incompetent mechanic and dealership. No Nissan to deal with. More
The salesman, Rahul was amazing to work with face to face and all the information he provided via text messages as well. There was no pressure to purchase but when I did they were all fantastic getting the v and all the information he provided via text messages as well. Brought vehicle in for repairs a few years back for a spark plug change and when I got it back it was missing the engine cover and the filter box was broken. When I asked the manager at the time what he spark plug change and when I got it back it was missing the engine cover and the filter box was broken. When I asked the manager at the time what he was going to do about it, he replied, " nothing". I left the dealership and never return again as I now do my own work and when it dies it will go to the dumpster. Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota. I was driving by in front of the dealership with my other vehicle while I called them to find out when they expected it to be ready, they told me it wouldn't take too long, that they had it in the garage snd were working on it. The vehicle was still in the parking lot as we were driving in front of the store. So just a lie. More
