Took the car for a test drive and spent the next 3 hours with the salesman and then the finance manager filling out paperwork. 3 hours later the salesman reappears to tell me the car we tried out has been sold, xxx .. he then starts to pull up other vehicles on his phone, NO THANKS , goodbye !! Too bad you can't choose to give a negative star rating because Rallye is definitely a negative More

Hands down most dishonest business I've ever dealt with. They agree to a price then send you paperwork to sign that is a WILDLY higher price. We spent hours coming to an agreement with the salesman. He They agree to a price then send you paperwork to sign that is a WILDLY higher price. We spent hours coming to an agreement with the salesman. He wrote down the final price, got the manager to approve it. We signed it. He went to bring back the paperwork - COMPLETELY DIFFERENT price than we agreed to. The manager wouldn't come to talk with us (we were never abusive, never yelled, never swore). The second salesman said the business cannot be held responsible for agreements made by the salesmen, and offered a MUCH higher price. They would not negotiate and we had to leave empty-handed, having spent an entire afternoon. They also initially told us extras would be included which in the final paperwork were not. More
Rallye Nissan are a bunch of crooks and should have their license revoked. Car bought for $16500 ended up costing me $23746.67. With all their add-ons of carfax $69.95, inspection $54.00, License fee $197, license revoked. Car bought for $16500 ended up costing me $23746.67. With all their add-ons of carfax $69.95, inspection $54.00, License fee $197, unwanted gap insurance $2005, home delivery fee $500. The worst thing the car did not have what was advertised. They would not do anything about it, so I am stuck with this vehicle. I do not know where the consumer laws are. But all said and done I will get even , one way or another More

September 1, 2023 Nissan Canada Customer Relations 5290 Orbitor Drive Mississauga, ON L4W 4Z5 Dear Nissan Canada Customer Relations Team, Subject: Concerns and Misinformation Regarding Our 2023 Rogue P Orbitor Drive Mississauga, ON L4W 4Z5 Dear Nissan Canada Customer Relations Team, Subject: Concerns and Misinformation Regarding Our 2023 Rogue Platinum Purchase I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience when purchasing a new 2023 Rogue Platinum from Rallye Motors in Moncton, NB. While I eagerly looked forward to enjoying a new vehicle, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment due to the terrible misinformation and miscommunication we encountered throughout the purchase process. On August 22, 2023, my wife and I visited Rallye Motors, intending to purchase a 2023 Rogue Platinum, a vehicle we had researched extensively and were eager to own. Our initial impression of the dealership was positive, but it soon became evident that the sales staff lacked the necessary knowledge and professionalism to handle such an important transaction. Here are some of the critical issues we encountered: We brought in our 2018 Chevrolet Equinox with 61,371 km to trade. My wife & I had decided before we went there that we would walk if we were offered less than $18,500 for our SUV. Cole Darrach offered us $18,400.00, and we agreed that was acceptable. We were sent to the finance office to have the contract written up. The finance officer (not Cole) highlighted the many places where I was to sign and initial. We had been in the dealership for over three hours and were anxious to eat. It was past 6:30, and my wife, Bev, is diabetic and needed to take medication and eat. When we came home, Bev asked me to bring the documentation into the house to review, but the dealership had advised me to keep it in the car until we received the registration. Two days later, Bev checked with the insurance company about the insurance on the new vehicle and was told that they hadn’t received information from Rallye Motors. She contacted Rallye and asked for a copy of the Bill of Sale so we could have the insurance transferred. At this time, she noticed that the Trade-In Allowance was $16,000.00, not the $18,400.00 promised. Despite our attempts to address these concerns with the dealership, we have not received a satisfactory resolution. Our requests for clarification and correction of the misinformation have been met with delays and unfulfilled promises. I want to emphasize that our dissatisfaction is not with the Nissan brand but with the dealership experience at Rallye Motors. We believe that Nissan Canada is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and we hope you take our concerns seriously. I kindly request that Nissan Canada intervenes in this matter to ensure that Rallye Motors addresses the issues we have raised promptly and satisfactorily. We hope to have our concerns addressed and the misinformation rectified so we can fully enjoy our 2023 Rogue Platinum without lingering doubts or frustrations. Please let us know how we can resolve these issues, whether through direct communication with Rallye Motors or any other means necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and we look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Robert Turnbull Sept 19/23 Received a call from Nissan and was told that since the contract was with Rallye, there was nothing they could do. Next step - go into dealership and confront GM. If this doesn't work, I have other recourses. More
We bought a Nissan Rogue there in 2018. As our 5 year lease is coming to an end, we ordered a Huynday Tucson plug in hydrid last september, as they are not readily available. When we checke As our 5 year lease is coming to an end, we ordered a Huynday Tucson plug in hydrid last september, as they are not readily available. When we checked-up on the order, two weeks ago, we were told by a sales rep at Nissan that all orders for the Tucson hybrid plug in had been cancelled. We asked why we weren't notified of this and the sales rep could not give us answer. He did say that he would look in the inventory, to see if he could find something else that would suit our needs and send us an e-mail with options and prices. 2 weeks later, we never heard back. Just called him a few minutes ago and was told someone from Hyunday would call us back, as they would be better to answer my questions. When asked why he did not contact us as he sais he would, he eluded the question. I also asked for the gm's name and number and he refused to give to me... If you are looking for Nissan or Hyunday, I would recommend going to Amherst. I spoke with two sales persons there and they really followed through on my questions. More
