If you are a woman,be prepared. These people made my wife feel like she was nothing but an annoyance to them, and to just buy the car as is already, like you would buy a loaf of bread. Had a big attitude problem, fake sincerity....this team fits your stereotypical salesman types to the worst. If you want a NIssan that bad, I suggest drive an extra hour in either direction to the next city, or for good service where you are treated with legitimate respect, go anywhere else but Champlain Nissan.
