I feel violated PG Motors and Ford do not stand behind their product. I had my transmission replaced under recall, and just over a year later it started to die again. PG Motors and Ford do not stand behind their product. I had my transmission replaced under recall, and just over a year later it started to die again. They have no desire to correct this blatant assault on consumers by fixing this joke of a transmission that Ford has put into several model years of Focus and Fiesta cars. Over the course of 10 days I attempted to contact the service manager a multitude of times. This included 13 phone calls, 4 emails, 3 messages left with staff, and a Facebook message to this page where I was assured I would be contacted that day - August 31st. I still have not heard back from the service manager, Mike, save for one uninterested "call me back" voicemail which was conveniently left at a time when I had advised them I would be working. I am trapped driving my lemon of a car, which could potentially get me killed when it decides to lose power while I merge onto the highway. Shame on PG Motors and Ford for leaving their customers feeling betrayed and violated. More
