Robert Hough was the salesman I talked to, and Rob Bassermann was the sales manager that was involved. It was the usual handshake coffee test drive type of deal, but Robert H. was very friendly and personable and has followed up with me since then. Rob B. was very helpful finding answers to various questions and giving me a general idea of how the financing worked, also a very nice guy. Little pushy to get me to take the truck the first time I went in, but understandably so. Went in a couple of days later and started the paperwork. Cheryl Engel was the finance manager that helped me. Because I'm a first time buyer (as far as financing goes), I appreciate how helpful she was with my slough of questions. Very happy with the truck itself, the detailers there do a very thorough job. Purchased a third party warranty through them and hoping I won't have problems if I ever need to use it. Unfortunately, I do need to mention James Stalker. It wouldn't be fair to give a bad rating since I didn't deal with him directly, and my friend may write her own review. I was with her when she was going through the same process at PG motors, and James seemed very carefree and bored for a lack of better words. I don't expect everyone to go above and beyond, but it seemed like he had places he needed to be and stuff he had to do. When we were walking from the pre-owned lot over to the financing office, he slowed down and lit up a smoke while we were walking behind him. My friend has lung problems and is the furthest thing from being a smoker. Hopefully it was just a bad day for him because I'm sure he's a good guy, but if not, he needs a different line of work. I would absolutely go to PG motors again when I eventually trade up, but I'm definitely going to stick with the same employees. Thanks again you guys! More

Awful experience! Stopped at dealership to look at a pre-owned F150. Learned that it had higher mileage for the year than we were comfortable with. The salesman pressured us into a test drive and to meet with the sales manager Chris V. During the meeting he explained his pricing process, which explained to us that there was little to no movement on the price. Was definitely priced too high for the mileage. We got pressured into a walk around and a test drive, that we didnt want or need. The salesman drove it to the gas station and we decided at that point that we were wasting everyones time as we werent interested in the truck. He agreed and drove back to the dealership, and insisted that we come in to say goodbye to Chris. At this point, Chris got extremely loud, pushy, and obnoxious. My wife and I were both schocked with the way he was acting. It was very uncomfortable, and rediculously unprofessional. In order to leave, we felt like we had to agree to let them appraise our trade. As soon as we got outside, I told the salesman that everyones time is being wasted and that we were not buying the truck. At that point, we got into our vehicle and left. More
