When we decided on the car we wanted, I had noticed that the rear bumper decal was peeling of and didn't look attractive. I pointed that out to our salesman and he said they could fix that, but may take a few days to a week before we would get the car. Or wait and bring it in after our purchase and they should fix it for you. Unfortunately, when I inquired about getting it attended to and fixed, after our purchase, they informed me that it was covered under the warranty, so they would of fixed it for me before my purchase but not after I had paid in full. Not good relations. I would recommend to not deal with this Dealership. More

However, on the final day when we came to complete the purchase, unfortunately, Sean was assisting another customer. During that time, no one attended to us for about 30 minutes, and we were simply handed the car keys without any proper welcome or attention. It felt quite unwelcoming, and it seemed as if the staff had even forgotten that we were there to take delivery of our vehicle. Apart from that, our GMC Terrain Denali is running great, and we are happy with the car itself. More
