I visited multiple dealerships while shopping for my 2026 Buick Envision, and I was looking for someone who could really explain the differences between the various trim levels and features. Unfortunately, I wasn’t getting the clear answers I needed—until I met Taha at Premiere Chevrolet in Windsor. Taha took the time to thoroughly explain the different options and, most importantly, listened to what I was actually looking for. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Instead, he helped me choose the vehicle and trim level that best suited my needs. With so much new technology in today’s vehicles, I also really appreciated the time Taha spent with me when I picked up my Envision. He patiently walked me through the features, helped me get everything set up, and made sure I was comfortable using the technology before I left. From start to finish, it was a great buying experience. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, patient, and no pressure. I would absolutely recommend Taha and Premiere Chevrolet! More

My sales person was amazing and we bought a car outright in full no finance no lease. However, dealing with the finance department was horrible and when picking up the car, I learned that I suddenly owed $2 in full no finance no lease. However, dealing with the finance department was horrible and when picking up the car, I learned that I suddenly owed $2400 more which was a horrible experience that could’ve been a really amazing experience. Also, the car was not cleaned appropriately and it was preowned. It had to be brought back days later to be appropriately cleaned after I had to make a fuss in order to do so when I tried contacting the finance department three times I never received a phone call back or any information the dealership other than the sales department has gone way down! More

Nice dealership , Dan was very friendly ,professional and helpful., answered all my calls and emails promptly. I appreciate the fact there was no pressure to buy. I do agree with a previous customers comment that I wish they told me there was only one key fob. Being a dealership, and the key needs to be programmed, they should at least provide two keys, now I need to purchase and organize a day to leave vehicle for this process. More
