It took 3. 5 hours to complete an oil change , fluid top ups, inspection of the vehicle, tire rotation and front end alignment. It cost me &412. The young man in the service department went out of his way to provide me with good, kind, and polite service. I have had my car serviced for years and this was the first time i was offered a complimentary way to provide me with good, kind, and polite service. I have had my car serviced for years and this was the first time i was offered a complimentary car wash. Being a widowed disabled senior , this was appreciated more than you know. The inly thing that stopped me from giving it five stars, had nothing to do with him. I ask him for the multi point service for nspection paper that i usually get and he went to get one for me when he went to get my change, but, it was not completed properly. So i have no idea who did that. Just a line drawn through most and some were checked off and some that should have been checked were not. The whole top was not filled out. No date, technician, car information. Left completely blank. I like to attach this to my reciept for my records. More
