This review is regarding the service department. I've been a customer here for over 12 years, back when they were known as Ready Honda. They have always been pricier than other service centres, but it wa been a customer here for over 12 years, back when they were known as Ready Honda. They have always been pricier than other service centres, but it was worth it for the good service that you would get. Over time, I have found that the service has deteriorated to the point where there's no point in paying more. Repairs seem to take a lot longer than they say it will, but the last straw was when I went there to replace one of my rims and tires, they just chucked the old dirty (and useless) tire and wheel into my trunk, piling it on top of my belongings. Absolutely no respect for my personal belongings. They didn't ask me, at any point, whether I wanted to keep my old tire/wheel (the same tire and wheel they claimed themselves to be unroadworthy and useless), so I wrongly assumed that common sense would prevail and that they would take the liberty to discard it for me. But instead, they didn't even put it in a plastic bag, they just chucked the dirty tire onto my trunk on top of my stuff. Infuriating. I spoke to the advisor, Winston, over the phone regarding this issue, who insinuated that I am making a big fuss about nothing and that he wouldn't consider it a big deal, but guesses that "some people just react differently". Condescending much? He raised his voice at me and accused me of making him hang up on another customer to take my call about the customer shuttle running 25 minutes late (as if this is my fault?). I guess it's entirely my fault that I had such a terrible experience. Fair point. I was foolish to take my business here. Not that I'd be comfortable with it anymore after getting an angry dressing down from the advisor who was indignant and defensive about my honest feedback, instead of trying to understand why I would be upset. More
I recently bought my first car in this dealership and I was very happy for the customer service I received from Saleh. He assisted me in all the process until I get the car. I ordered a part on June 6 from this dealership for my Pilot. They took my money and promised that the part would be available first in the middle of June then July 5th and then July 29th. It is absolutely disappointing that l have to chase the dealership to find out what is going on with my part delivery. If l could give a zero rating l would. More
Ripoff!! Before going through with all the repairs they say you need, go and check with other mechanics. SHAWN SHEIKH was the best guide a person could ask for when dealing with this industry. He is educated, and honest, and the most helpful rep I’ve ever encountered. One thing I like about Shawn was that he educated me and really took the time to explain my options and furthermore put me in the best position and car that fit my lifestyle. He is a rep that cares and fights for his clients and truly makes you leave the dealership with a smile. I will be a longtime client for this gentleman, and have already sent over so many referrals. It’s very refreshing to walk into a car dealership and deal with someone who has the intelligence & care that Shawn presents. Thanks to Shawn, I am leaving Honda today with the car I wanted and that will benefit me, more knowledge, and he has helped me out of a difficult car situation that another sales rep had placed me in - due to the fact that previous rep had only cared about the sale and not the well being of their client, like what Shawn does. As customer for Ready Honda for the last 5 years.Again he made me to be a customer for another 5 years best service delivered by reza.Nick the business manager was so courteous and polite he checked my privious purchase I did in 2016 CRV he said you did not receive any gifts.For this purchase he said I am going to give a gift and he gave a PS4 even if there is no gifts the service was outstanding by these 2 guys out there.I would like to give a gold star rating for reza and nick . Being my first car purchase I would have to begin how disappointed I am with the kind of service I was given from the moment I walked into the used car sales dealership. I dealt with Saleh and he is definitely not there to make a customer happy. When I dealt with Shawn for the financing I told him I had a budget monthly payment and can’t go over and he kept insisting that I get additional insurance and he was too pushy. The only reason I chose to purchase the car was because I wanted a red vehicle that’s in good condition and it’s hard to find other than that I will never visit ready Honda for there unprofessionalism. I walked out unhappy and disappointed with the service I was given. I don’t recommend ready Honda More
