Service advisors studiously ignore you while you wait - the only customer in the room. It's not my job. I'll transfer you". And actually, sorry 5 times I called, and every time I got transferred to voicemail. They are only helpful when taking thousands of dollars when you are buying a car from them. Never going to Honda again. And to think I was actually willing without cohersion from a salesperson to buy an extended warranty on my own. Found one I wanted but couldn't find it on their website and all I wanted was some information on it. Just voicemails, that's all Honda has to offer post-purchase. More
Today it was a very poor experience at Precision Honda. I had an appointment for type A1 mainenance and winter tires swap for my CRV. Dropped off the car on time, told the guy that I will be waiting at the shop for my car to be ready. After 90 minutes wait, I checked at the desk to find that my car is still un touched, and needs another hour of waiting. No update was made to inform me about the delay. When I asked the guy why it's taking too long when I have an appointment. The dull answer was "all customers here have appointments". Why Precision Honda overbook themselves? Why I was left with no update on my waiting time? Why Precision Honda is careless about our time? When I told him I don't have time for waiting, he gave me my keys with no apology. I took my car unservices,. I will never go back to this place again. More

We had been looking for the right Honda CRV for a while at this point. We found a great fit for us on Auto Trader (an ad posted by Precision Honda Mississauga) and called the dealership immediately, this w at this point. We found a great fit for us on Auto Trader (an ad posted by Precision Honda Mississauga) and called the dealership immediately, this was at about 5pm in the evening. We spoke to Lorenzo, and he confirmed after we told him about the vehicle and the specs from the ad, that it was “still in their show room”. Great, we said. We’ll be there in just over an hour we told him, being from Kitchener Ontario, and it being rush hour, it would take a moment for us to get there. He said “great I’ll see you soon”. We arrived to find that the vehicle we had confirmed (and I mean we even gave him the odometer reading, the price, colour, year, and exact model of the vehicle) was sold days prior. We asked if there were any other vehicles similar, there was another high model available however it was way out of our price range (had larger wheels too, which we didn’t care to pay for) and they were not even willing to consider a deal on that vehicle or any other vehicle for that matter. I had barely said “well can you work with us on this” before “nope nope the prices are all fixed.” The apology for wasting our time and gas we received was half hearted at best. Some people have 0 respect for anyone else, I prefer to give my hard earned money to those that care about their clients. I would stay away from this dealership. More
Worse dealership ever! ! Bought in my car 3x as I had problems with my dashboard. Disappearing information. Nobody - including service manager - Joe Pires - could help. ! Has no time, speaks in a condescending manner and couldn't care less. After waiting 3 hours patiently, he indicates that others are waiting. I WAS WAITING FOR 3 HOURS!!! My time is just as valuable as his. Then I had to follow up to make sure that my vehicle was washed. First time ever! There was always an excuse - I have to wait an hour, the machine was broken, excuse after excuse. I wonder if I can use excuses for paying!!! I am not sure if this was just me or my experience, but it is really unacceptable, I am going to connect with the Ministry of Consumer & Commercial Relations and Honda Canada. I will get my car fixed elsewhere and see if I can submit invoice to them to pay. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! More

I visited this dealership in the hopes of leasing a 2021 Honda Accord. Absolute terrible service from the Leasing Manager Ahmad Nabtiti, who was aggressive and condescending. I'm not sure how a reputable company like Honda has managed to give this man a Manager title. He falsified my application by altering my stated income in order to qualify me for a loan. I only found out when he later asked me to sign a different contract where they essentially tried to double the interest rate they said they could offer me. Needless to say, I quickly took my business elsewhere and I'm driving a new 2021 Accord that I purchased from another dealer. Beware of Ahmad and this particular Honda dealership, worst sales experience ever!! More
