WORST BEHAVIOUR OF SALES MANAGER QAISE SHERDEL The Sales Manager Qaise Sherdel was very rude and offensive in his approach. I had gone to trade in my car and was disclosed that the auto dealer I ha The Sales Manager Qaise Sherdel was very rude and offensive in his approach. I had gone to trade in my car and was disclosed that the auto dealer I had bought the car from had cheated me badly...rather than comforting me or having any sympathy , this guy Qaise pounded me with such questions which made me feel like I a thief and had committed the biggest crime. Moreover his tone was so insulting and high that people sitting in the waiting area including my kids got up to see why this guy was screaming on me. He threw the car proof report on the desk and said how I even thought of trading in my car at their dealership.My wife who was with me was in shock with his behaviour as she is a regular customer who brings her car for servicing to this dealership. I was made to feel like a cheap person. Very disgusting and deplorable customer service especially from a man of this position. He should be given training on how to approach customers and how to be courteous and polite .I definitely will not recommend this place to anybody in my family or friends . We go to these dealerships to give business not to be insulted by such low side jerks. The Sales guy Rafeek who was attending to us, himself got intimidated by Qaise's behaviour and kept apologising to me and my wife but we were done with this dealership. I am going to report this behaviour to the General Manager Dave Hong and would like to advise him to keep some quality trained professionals if they want long lasting customers and want continued business from them. Also be aware of what you say and to whom you say as you never know who that customer is and what are his contacts plus be considerate of your behaviour if customers are coming with their children. Qaise 's behavior was a bad reflection on my kids and they kept asking why he was screaming and how he could get away screaming at their father. More

My search for car took to a different dimension when I went to see John Siddiq , General Sales Manager for second time in last 3 months. He advised me to go for Rav 4 2018.So I went to talk to him on last Monday 24/9/2018 and signed a lease deal in literally 30 minutes. My Real Estate friend who was accompanied me was also suprised to see John's honesty and knowledge about the car. Overall he did everything within his means possible to take back my Honda (Trade in) and today 27/09/2018 I took delivery of the car Rav 4 Le 2018. Overall whole process was simple, honest and heartfelt. Thank you John for making it so easy and decent. Also need to mention the kindness of Mathew Reid who hand over the car to me. Alan that sold me my car 5 years ago came approx . 3 times offered me a coffee . Before I left he came and ask me if I am ok and hungry. This is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Two lost customers First there was the oil change. A cap was not screwed on properly. Oil leaked all over the driveway. We were lucky that the engine didn't seize up. I complained to the dealership and was totally ignored. Then when I purchased a new car they offered us 50% less than the amount I actually got for it. My husband and I both own toyotas but will not be using this dealership again. More
