PIckering Toyota refused to do an oil change on my Lexus I've bought a Venza from Pickering Toyota and I've now changed it to a Lexus IS350. I called to book an oil change at PT and they told me they no long I've bought a Venza from Pickering Toyota and I've now changed it to a Lexus IS350. I called to book an oil change at PT and they told me they no longer service Lexus though I had been there before with that car. This is an oil change! I can understand it if it was a complicated problem but it's not. I see this as a corporate way to force me to the Lexus dealership and get charged $50 more for essentially the same thing. My engine is the same V6 that was in my Venza. Nothing complicated. Looks like I'm off to Mr. Lube. Toyota/Lexus won't get my money with this practice in place. John R More

One of the worse unprofessional experience you can start 20 19 with!!!! Advice,keep away from sales person name ,Kheneil Black,who have no respect for what's called appointment inadvance, due to holidays sea 19 with!!!! Advice,keep away from sales person name ,Kheneil Black,who have no respect for what's called appointment inadvance, due to holidays season,we had an appointment booked a week prior to look at a sedan BMW 428i xDrive, 2016 had listed on autotrader.today,not only prepared my self to finish work earlier,I also arranged for the entire family together to be at the dealership on time for the appointment.....so funny... .when we arrived were told ,sorry,the car was sold!!! Wow.... with even no heads up or a single way of communication letting us know the car had been sold before we show up?? What a waste of time,no respect at all,that could be expected from a one man show auto sales dealer not a Toyota authorized dealer,if possible I would rate the sales person less then one star for sure as well as the dealership who give him this opportunity!!!! More
