I have been looking to buy a preowned BMW for some time, but could not muster the courage as I heard horrible unreliability related stories associated with them. Dealing with Dylan at Pfaff gave me the confidence to buy a preowned BMW as I felt I could trust Dylan and Pfaff BMW. Took the delivery of a 2014 535I last Friday, but had some start-up related issues after driving around the car for couple of days. I emailed Dylan about the issue and he promptly asked me to bring the car over to have a look at it. They kept the car for couple of days and did some RPM tweaks to fix the issue.
