Puzzled I wrote a lengthy review on my experience trying to buy a used car there on google reviews. My review is no where to be found. Ironically the majority of the reviews are great or bad with an employee blaming the poster. Funny how that happens. What's the point of a review when it's being manipulated by the dealer? Here's my review. I saw and add for a used 328xi on autoTRADER. I called the next morning and spoke to Dillan. I asked the obvious questions..Canadian car, accidents, mechanical condition. We wrote off another 328xi a few weeks before so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Dillan told me they already had several people interested in the car. I asked him if I could put a down payment on the car and come over immediately to see it. He told me that would prevent others from buying. I thought that was pretty stupid, figured they wanted a sale? At any rate I hopped in my car and drove there. Took me roughly 30 minutes. When I arrived there I asked for Dillan. He guessed my name. We went over to the car, it was indoors. He told me another group was there to look at it and was about to take it for a test drive. I gave the car a once over and said it's sold I'll buy it. We went back to his desk to write up the offer. He was about to grab the print out when the other salesman came over and said "don't bother it's already sold". The other group was still out test driving. So not likely!! Dillan and the other salesman went into their sales manager Anthony. My offer was full price cash. Dillan came back and said "my sales manager said it's the other groups car if they offer full price". In other words they hadn't even put an offer in. To recap. I called them and tried to buy the car over the phone. I drove there and said I'd buy it first. I put in a full price cash offer first and didn't get the car. Guess my money wasn't good enough for them. After Dillan informed me what Anthony the manager said. I stood up. He asked if I was going to wait for the other offer. Anthony at this point could have offered me the car for 1$. I would have told him where he could shove it. Never again Pfaff. More

Bad service I brought my 2014 X5 company car to Pfaff BMW to get a safety check done so I could transfer car to my personal name. The safety results were that I needed a new tire to replace a punctured tire. It also needed a rear wiper and new front brake rotors and pads. Total about $1500. I decided to get a second opinion. it turns out that a punctured tire is not a safety issue if it is repaired. Instead Pfaff wanted to sell me a new tire instead of repairing it. I even called a tire shop to get a third opinion and they agreed that it simply needed repairing. The rear wiper was not worth arguing over except it is $133 to replace. I got it replaced for $40. The front brakes needed replacement because they had some rust on them, according to Pfaff. It turns out the the rust was from sitting still for a week and this is not a safety issue, Even if it was, I would not have needed new pads. I had a previous encounter on another ocassion where I bought a new shift stick for my Z4 and I asked if they would install and if so, how much they would charge. I was told they didnt know how long it would take. it could be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. I went on youtube. It took me and a friend less than five minutes. I wouldnt take my car here for repairs unless you have money to burn. More

Worst sales customer service ever ! I am in the market for a BMW and went to my nearest BMW dealership, which is Pfaff BMW. I am an avid fan of BMW, and everyone in my household, apart f I am in the market for a BMW and went to my nearest BMW dealership, which is Pfaff BMW. I am an avid fan of BMW, and everyone in my household, apart from one Lexus has a BMW product, bought from different dealerships. I thought, I would go and see what they had in stock and possibly talk about trading in my car. I went inside, the front representatives were quite nice and directed to me the pre-owned sales department. I was introduced to a pre-owned sales consultant Anthony (not the sales manger), we started talking, and my eye was a particular black F30 328i. I asked him about him about the car, asking some very basic questions, and he was less than inclined to help me out. Told me times over to check their inventory on their website, I guess he was too lazy and unwilling to help me out. Also told me to go look at this particular by myself. Probably, thought I was just there to fool around from his analysis. I felt very belittled, and quite disappointed by my experience this time at Pfaff BMW. I have been to this dealership countless times and always welcomed, though this time with this sales consultant, my experience was not good. Maybe, Pfaff needs to assess who their hire as sales consultants. More

Call again left mgr a message calls back 4 hours later says bring car back in so I do to only have them argue that it's not there fault as I look now at there reviews I can see why they only have one star average worst service ever would not recommend nor ever go back More

I decided to check with other mechanics and picked up the car and i opened the hood no sign of engine cleaned. I took the car to other professional mecanic and today i got my car fixed total spend $1385.00 and mecanic told me there is no sign of engine shampo. They lied this was not expected from a big dealership.I will report this incident to better business bureau. Im very upset dixie bmw..I wont buy anything or trust them again. More

I bought the car from them as well, the car has been service there for close to 300 days it started from engin oil consumption they replaced: -turbos -engine -front axle cracked -engine light on again -front ticking sound -transfer case -from deferential broke after one day picking up car after transfer case replacement which I was advise due to wrong tires -transfer case replaced -today I was told no more service there. You can decide for your self how you want to review them. More

I just pick it up on Wednesday drove my 3 small kids to dance school when the car broke down nów it is the deferential the smell was horrible, after my experience and so many break downs I will never buy BMW from Dixie Location. When they replaced engine my front axle cracked couple days after while driving on Hwy I lost control, the car want back none of the managers called to see if we are ok. The 750 it is Big mistake i asked For trade value I was told 26k and auto trader same mileage same options are selling them between 42k to 46k. More
