Purchased a new CR-V that Penticton Honda had in for multiple service issues (steering rack replaced 3 times). Still presenting a noise and spending $1400 on recommended services they blamed an aftermar multiple service issues (steering rack replaced 3 times). Still presenting a noise and spending $1400 on recommended services they blamed an aftermarket dashcam install and refused to investigate any further. My company installs the dashcams professionally for all the dealerships in Penticton, including Honda so this was obviously a cop out. After the service manager ignored my emails and calls, I took it instead to Harmony Honda in Kelowna who found a faulty alternator, serpentine belt pulley issues and leaking oil. Long story short I won’t be back and recommend you stay far away from this dealership! More

Warning! !! Buyer be ware!!! We just purchased a Honda CRV Sport Hybrid and got ripped off big time.They advertise this particular modal for $45,900 adding t !! Buyer be ware!!! We just purchased a Honda CRV Sport Hybrid and got ripped off big time.They advertise this particular modal for $45,900 adding the safety and security fee $997, Finacial papers $999 adding the air cond. charge, Tire Tax, gas tax, eco fee, PPSA etc. would come to$47-48,000. The most important amount was the trade in value of our vehicle. They promised $27,500 and they only put $24,553 in the sales contract. Major blow to the bottom line. On the sales contract they did not start with $45,900 they started at $48,000 adding again all the charges described above. If that is not enough gauging the finance guy added Extended Warranty $3,238, 3M protective film $2000, Floor mats$599 without explaining or showing the charges that they have added. I confronted all, finance manager, used car manager, General sales manager to no avail. Cancelling the extended warranty, they never gave me a new sales contract showing that $3,238 payment was cancelled and taken off the total, so all the extra tax charges still on. I will never go back ever again because of the sinister minded management creating and adding to the bill secret charges, without telling us customers. Just in case you will use this no good dealership in the future please question everything the used car manager and the financial manager tells you and ask twice because they lied to us with a straight face with total disregard and they can do that to anyone. In July, I paid cash for my 2025 CR-V Touring Hybrid only to discover a lien had been placed on the car due to an error by Penticton Honda in submitting the wrong VIN number (mine) on a similar car to CIBC. to discover a lien had been placed on the car due to an error by Penticton Honda in submitting the wrong VIN number (mine) on a similar car to CIBC. Instead of the correct VIN for their vehicle, my the VIN number from my vehicle was sent to CIBC for a loan by a different buyer. I have no idea how long it will take to correct the mistake. Meanwhile I’m responsible if the buyer defaults on his payments. No apology for the error. They tried to blame the bank. Nobody took responsibility for the mistake. Also I bought a winter tire package then, expecting to have a choice of tire. They just went ahead and chose the wheel size and tires without consulting me. Very disappointing experience! More
