A friend bought a 5.7 L Hemi crate engine from Murray Jeep Dodge Chrysler on. Pembina Hwy. He had it installed by a licensed mechanic elsewhere. The mechanic did everything right from startup and 3 oi Jeep Dodge Chrysler on. Pembina Hwy. He had it installed by a licensed mechanic elsewhere. The mechanic did everything right from startup and 3 oil changes before the 1500 kms were up ( break in period ) .At about 1400 kms the new motor developmented a noisy rocker on the passenger side. So he took the car back into the mechanic who installed it and because of the 3Year warranty ( on the new crate motor ) he took the car to Murray where the motor was purchased from and had the professionally trained mechanics look at it for the warranty. The car was running when it got there . The shop mechanic did a compression test on the New motor and found NO COMPRESSION in number 8 cylinder , so like a well trained mechanic he pulled the heads off to find that the piston was damaged and all kinds of debris inside the intake manifold. Not knowing where these came from because they didn't look like they even came from the motor , so he sent his findings to Chrysler with pictures of what he saw / found . When I questioned the said mechanic nothing else was disassembled on the motor and claimed that the installer was at fault for not changing the manifold because of the debris inside the plenum. Well in my opinion that mechanic didn't do his do dillagince and keep on dissembling the motor to find out where that debris came from . The lifters were still in place and the heads weren't even taken apart . But then as a FACTORY trained mechanic that's all I have to do based on what I saw . So Chrysler Voided my friends warranty based on the Factory trained mechanics findings. I went with the said mechanic to his bench to see the tiny parts coming out of the intake ports and looking at them trying to figure out where pieces like this would come from when the car was running when it got there . He claims that the intake wasn't replaced because of the debris in it from the old engine, but guess what , the old engine didn't "blow up" it just over heated so there was no debris/little pieces in the old manifold , thats why he cleaned it up and installed it on the new motor . And who changes a intake because it's used? No one I know ( if it's not damaged in anyway ). So my friend got SCREWED BY MURRAY because of the mechanics poor judgement on his findings. So, 8000.00 dollars later my friend is still without a new engine in his car and it's not running because the intake wasn't changed . If the said mechanic Would have maybe disassembled the heads and maybe saw that maybe a valve seat or 2 were missing because the seat made out of cast steel and the aluminum head have different heat ranges and that maybe the seats dislodged out of the heads and got sucked into the I take ( because it was running ) , the mechanic would have seen this and told Chrysler a different story , my friend Would maybe driving his car now because Murray would have told them to warranty the motor because of manufacturing defaults in the heads and not because the first mechanic didn't change the manifold. It just goes to show you how well Murray treats its customers and the quality of workmanship that they do at Murray ,Jeep Dodge Chrysler on Pembina Hwy! I myself wouldn't recommend taking my vehicle there for any kind of service if that's the kind of trained professionalism that there . Not putting down the oil change guy , but I wouldn't even go their to get that done ! You might develop a knock and find out you need a new motor and guess what.....Your screwed !! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I took my van into my mechanic when the check engine light came on. They looked at it, contacted this dealership and were told it was a warranty recal I took my van into my mechanic when the check engine light came on. They looked at it, contacted this dealership and were told it was a warranty recall, so they put my van back together. I took it to Pembina Dodge the next day who then told me even though I had documentation of the code they couldn't confirm it was a warranty recall because they didn't see it themselves. But, they could keep my van for 2-3 weeks to do tests, then tell me if it was or wasn't warranty. If it wasn't, not only would I have to pay for the repair, I would also have to pay for all the testing AND lucky me I would get to pay for my own rental vehicle as well!! I told them not to do anything, I was going to get another opinion. Then their driver got lost coming to get me, was 45 minutes later than he should have been, which got me extra charges at my daycare. YAY! I then took it to the dealership in Steinbach. They confirmed it was a warranty recall within 1 hour, had it fixed in 3 days, also fixed an issue with my muffler at no charge and provided a rental vehicle at no charge. I fully believe that no matter what they had found they would have told me it was not warranty and would have made me pay through the nose. They are crooks. Do not EVER go to Pembina Chrysler, you will get ripped off, get the run around and the service manager is too chicken to call you back. More
charged over $100 more than other dealerships I was charged over $100 more for the same service as other dealerships in the city. Don't trust this dealership just because you have always gone there; compare prices as they way off on regular service jobs that you assume will be standard pricing at all the dealerships. The manager does not care and won't match pricing. Won't be going back!!! More

Really great and a great seller. I had an amazing experience with Ryan. He went above and beyond when getting the car for me. Both of the headlights had burnt out jut after the safety I had an amazing experience with Ryan. He went above and beyond when getting the car for me. As well when we noticed that the block heater was cut for some reason he put a plug on for me as well. Overall if you are buying new or used from this dealership I highly recommend Ryan as your guy to go with, he will make your time there worthwhile and you too will have a great expirence. More
