I had a very positive experience at Pathway Hyundai. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and I was happy with my service. Upon arriving I was quickly introduced to a sales associate (Darrell) and after assessing my needs and interests I had a chance to test out the make and model I was interested in. I enjoyed my test drive and I appreciated that my sales associate drove first demonstrating different features of the vehicle. Darrell was knowledgeable and down to earth. He was happy to answer all of my questions and to address any concerns I had. I appreciated that he was upfront about being a relatively new sales associate. The only issue that I had was that I was kept waiting for a long time between finalizing the sale with Darrell and speaking with Ciara, the sales manager (close to two hours). This was somewhat understandable as the dealership was quite busy due to the fact that it was the Saturday of the car show. During my wait, however, I was frequently checked on by Darrell who gave me frequent updates, kept me company for most of the wait, and offered me food and drink. I had an equally positive experience with Ciara. She provided clear explanations of my options, offered insight, and helped put me at ease as she knew this was my first car buying experience. More

After being informed, I made the decision to purchase new, on my terms, and felt empowered in my purchase. Not once did I feel manipulated unlike most other car dealers I've come accross. The overall positive energy in the showroom, and the ease of the atmosphere further reassured me that I'm dealing with a professional organization who will take care of my car needs now and in the future. I was impressed with Pathway Hyundai from the moment I walked through the door the first time. I was greeted promptly, my sales rep (Avat) was accommodating and professional. We had a constructive dialogue and all of my concerns were addressed immediately. Particular highlights include: (a) no pressure or up-selling; (b) prices that don't suddenly grow when the contract gets printed; (c) a business manager (Ian) who does his job and also refrains from add-ons and up-sells, and (d) receiving an extremely - dare I say "new car standard" of cleanliness even though it was a used vehicle. My wife had to take the car back for a minor repair under warranty a couple of weeks later and reported to have been treated exceptionally well. My only constructive feedback to the whole team would be to pay a little more attention to voice mail messages but this doesn't erode my five-star reccommendation for this dealer. More

Is it only me or has Pathway Hyundai charged others over $900.00 for rear brake service at 48k maintenance visit. claiming that current brake conditions were a hazard. Just wondering... . Is it only me or has Pathway Hyundai promised others to provide maintenance service at no charge, however when invoice was reviewed, you were in fact charged for that service. Fyi. review your Pathway Hyundai service invoices! . Is it only me or has anyone ever experienced walking into the Pathway Hyundai service counter and encountering a customer having a heated discussion with a Pathway Hyundai service advisor. I'm thinking Red Flag!! . Is it only me or have others experienced that when paying the exhorbent fee at checkout the attendant either has an "I'm sorry" look in her eyes, or will not look at you straight in the eyes. . This is my second purchase from Pathway because their after sales service is also as great as their sales team. The service team has been great over the last 7 years with my first car.
