New to Parkway but not to a Honda I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new CRV. I did go back to my original dealer first but when I walked into Parkway Honda and met with Altaz Ramji I was blown away with the customer service. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, assisted with questions, and soon met by Altaz who offered my a drink of my choice while he finished with a customer.. The whole purchase process was an experience during which I felt informed, understood, trusted, never pressured and supported throughout. Harold was very accommodating and introduced us to his Sales & Leasing Consultant - Aim Mujib. Aim went overboard from showing all the cars(advantages & disadvantages) in the showroom, answering all our questions, helping us get our dream car without going over the budget, and ensuring that perfect package that comes with the car. He could be compared as a friend who is very upfront and always ready to help you no matter how busy he is.
