Our visit to Parkway Honda, July 12th,2014 Were in the market for a new car. Visited Nissan, Mazda and other dealers. On July 12th we decided to visit Parkway Honda, since we had previously, years ago, purchased a car from them. After greeted by the receptionist we had a short conversation with Mr Kasilingam and soon enough we were in his office giving us all the info and features for the 2014 Civic, the car we expressed we prefer the most. Mr Kasilingam was professional but at the same time polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable and confident in what he was saying. During the test drive explained all the features, and answered all our questions with no difficulty at all. Something in his voice was giving us, confidence, trust, making us want to go back to this person..July 17th, we went back, to finalize the deal. Kajan ia an amazing sales person and Parkway is lucky to have him as their employee. Had a very good experience at Parkway Honda, from Kajan, to the shop manager and the person that took care of the financial part. Thanks Kajan Kasilingam, thanks Parkway Honda. More

Great Experience I work as a consultant in the auto industry, so I know the various ins and outs of the business. I looked at several other Honda dealerships prior to I work as a consultant in the auto industry, so I know the various ins and outs of the business. I looked at several other Honda dealerships prior to visiting Parkway Honda. I already knew exactly what I wanted - a 2014 Accord EXL in black. I gave every salesperson a fair chance. I explained that I worked in the industry, that I wanted no games or upsell, and that I wanted a smooth, quick process as well as a fair price. The first two dealerships were a lesson on how NOT to sell a car. They lied about the financing (said because I was a repeat buyer, I qualified for a "special rate"). They also tried to scare my wife into getting an extended warranty "because this car is like a computer on wheels!". Absolutely pathetic. Do these hard sell tactics ever work for anyone? Anyway, my experience at Parkway Honda was wonderful. Danny Yang listened to my request, checked with his manager, and offered me a fair price. No games, no gimmicks, no BS! Seriously guys, when a guy like me comes into a dealership, it's the easiest money you'll ever make. Why ruin the experience for both of us by feeding me BS and not honouring my request for honesty, a fair price, and no games? Danny had the deal written up in 30 minutes and was able to move onto a new customer. I highly recommend Danny Yang and Parkway Honda. More
