He provided me with all the information I want, printed out the car specs for me, and clearly expressed his eagerness for the business without being pushy at all. Every step of the way I received quick answers and information needed to make the proper decisions, and the dealer went out of their way (including the President of the Dealership) to help us through all the paperwork, funding and special circumstances that we had to overcome. They listen to their customers and respond with no roadblocks. If you want a fair deal with good people go to Parkway Honda. To top it all off, we met with Joel Evanoff on the day we picked up the vehicle. Joel was not only friendly but very thorough and professional as he went over the cars features and final paperwork. He took the time to understand my needs and concerns. He worked with my budget and helped me get the best possible option. Even if he was with another client, he would take the time to say hello and return when he was available. He called and sent me emails during the process, providing me with additional information to help me understand all of my options. I even received an email from Colin Davies, who provided me with further information on the car I was looking at that Benjamin did not have at the time. Sasha Ghaffari was very patient when explaining payment and paperwork needed. He helped me understand and determine the best payment options, as well as ensuring all paperwork from the insurance company was in order. On the day of pick up, Benjamin was right there to introduce us to Alyssa Lowe, who took me through the necessary steps in order to learn about each and every setting. He showed he cared about my satisfaction. Alyssa was GREAT! She spent lots of time helping me learn about all of the features and made sure I was happy before I drove away in my new car!! The balloons were a great added touch :) She also left me with additional pamphlets, ensuring I had information and contact numbers for future reference. I was not entirely impressed with the gentleman determining the final cost of the car (unsure of name). It was late and close to closing time and it felt like he was rushing in order to make a sale and to leave for the day. I understand it is a business and he is the one to crunch numbers, however he was not very open to discussion. Overall I am very happy with my experience and will definitely return and recommend to others! Again, Benjamin, Alyssa and Sasha were AMAZING and sent me an email a few days after purchase to ensure there were no issues. Thank you! More
