I am completely happy with the service I received from Parkway Honda. They came highly recommended and I can see why. Paul instantly put me at ease, and impressed me immensely with how he took care of the business side of things. And Stephen rounds out the team, being very accomodating and great about fininshing the deal and getting me into my new car. AIM impressed us a lot because of his excellent technical knowledge of the Honda and competitor's cars on the market.Very patient, hard working, showing all details of the vehicle beyond my expectation. I visited 7 different brands showrooms and nobody matches his level of professionalism and creation of pleasant atmosphere. This man never showed that he was tired, bored or busy, made you feel very confident and relaxed. We are a very demanding and picky customers and it's not easy to get good mark from us. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I came in to deal with the paperwork and financing. No high-pressure tactics for add-ons, just let me know my options and left the decisions to me. The Sales Manager was also interested in the experience and I appreciated that. I've never bought from Parkway before but will certainly try them for any future service appointments. I'm looking forward to receiving my new CRV EX at the end of the month. More

I can only say that the service, quality, friendliness and overall customer experience we receive from the staff at Parkway is nothing but excellent and Mike Siomos and Edmund Gao were very professional, and overall customer experience we receive from the staff at Parkway is nothing but excellent and Mike Siomos and Edmund Gao were very professional, attentive and patience in answering all of our questions. We could have gone to another Honda dealership in the Durham area which would be nearer to us, but based on previous experience in dealing with these other Honda dealerships, I was left very much disappointed and this is the reason why we prefer to go to Parkway. We just recently received the 2012 CRV-EX 4WD which is third vehicle we have purchased from Parkway. Keep up the excellent work because your attention to detail and excellent customer service is what sets you a part from everyone else!!! More

We went to this dealership because of positive past experiences. Everything was fine until it was almost time to pick up the car. The salesperson and his managers gave us conflicting and incorrect in experiences. Everything was fine until it was almost time to pick up the car. The salesperson and his managers gave us conflicting and incorrect information -- sometimes in the same sentence. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was faced with argumentative behaviour instead of someone listening to me and trying to resolve my issues. They have taken a repeat customer who did not even look at any other dealership to one who hopes to never return for any reason. More

I have just purchased a 2012 Honda CRV from Parkway Honda. This is my 3rd purchase and I have had the pleasure of working with the same sales rep., Aim Mujib on all three purchases. I find him to be m Honda. This is my 3rd purchase and I have had the pleasure of working with the same sales rep., Aim Mujib on all three purchases. I find him to be most personable, knowledgeable and fair in his dealings with customers. I have recommended him to a friend who also purchased a vehicle from him. Early on in Dec. I asked him to let me know when the new 2012 CRV was in the showroom. Lo and Behold!!, Jan.4th, the first day they were in the showroom, I got a phone call at 10:00 a.m. By 2 p.m. that day, we had signed the deal. Both my 2006 Ridgeline and my wife's 2009 Civic were purchased at Parkway and serviced there. I have found the dealership to be top-notch and will continue to service our new CRV. I have no problem in recommending the dealership and Aim Mujib as a sales representative to purchase your next Honda....and this is from someone who up till 2006 had been a tried and true Mopar Man......not now....I've been most pleased with my 2 Hondas thus far and have no reason to not think I will be very pleased with the new CRV...I love the new style, and the folding rear seats.....the EX-L has everything I need. More
