I used to drive a long way from my home and pass all the service techs and dealerships, just to go Parkway Honda, But I will never do that again! I am an old customer of Honda and few months ago purchased a new Civic 2016 for my wife from Parkway Honda. the care has some rattling sounds from dashboard and driver side door. also the Audio system has connectivity issues. I took it to them for fix, it took them 3 DAYS! to find ONLY ONE of the problems (they did not found the other two problems!) the dash sound, after 3 days, they said it is fixed and I can pick it up. when I picked it up, the car was very Dirty. I wish they would have not clean that! All the dashboard and windshield (from inside) was dirty like it was cleaned with a greasy dirty stuff! BEST PART IS, the sound started to come back after 2 weeks and now is really annoying. I tried to call the Service manager there, and several times called and left message. THEY DO NOT BOTHER TO CALL BACK! Zero respect, Zero customer care! I used to like this dealership, but I see that our relation is not based on Respect! More
