He went the extra mile the day we walked in to the dealership, having finished his shift and staying an extra 3 hours to help us finalise the deal. In fact, we weren't even ready to buy at that point but Brandon's patience and overall great service sealed the deal for us. Dilip was also good to deal with, but only wished we could have had more time to think over the extended warranty. Tabitha was also of great help during the process, ensuring I was satisfied with vehicle upon delivery and also helped me iron out a couple of minor details I requested. Great experience with Jay at Parkway Honda Pre Owned Sales I had the best experience at Parkway Honda with Jay Katsnelson in the Pre Owned Sales dept. I was first greeted upon my arrival and asked if they cou I had the best experience at Parkway Honda with Jay Katsnelson in the Pre Owned Sales dept. I was first greeted upon my arrival and asked if they could assist me. I was then introduced to Jay who listened to what specifically I was looking for. I had a specific vehicle that I wanted to see (I had researched a specific make/model on their website) and test drive. Jay told me about the vehicle, and showed me the Car Fax details and history. Jay answered all my questions, and did not rush or make me feel there was any hurry. During the test drive Jay directed me over various road surfaces to demo the handling of the vehicle. He did not rush the test drive, and asked if I wanted to test the vehicle on the highway. All the time pointing out various features of the vehicle. Throughout my entire experience Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and professional. I got the price I wanted, and I am extremely pleased with purchase. I recommend Parkway Honda, and would return again for my next vehicle purchase. Ask for Jay Katsnelson. More
