Terrible issue resolution at the Service Department; provides dishonest and misleading quotes with urgent language to get you in, and then insists on a much higher price once you're there. Would've gone elsewhere if it wasn't a dead battery replacement and would've had to arrange for another boost to leave the dealership. Their idea of a resolution is "we've reprimanded the person who provided the quote" as if that helps anyone. Dishonest and borderline scam. More
