I love my new Jeep! Jessy was a great sales person, knowledgeable and friendly without putting any pressure on me. purchasing used caravan I purchased a used (3 years old) Caravan from Ottawa Dodge. The price was good and they offered a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. Lubna was I purchased a used (3 years old) Caravan from Ottawa Dodge. The price was good and they offered a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. Lubna was both friendly and professional. Negative comments are that although the exterior and carpets were very clean, there was a film of dirt on the interior panels and ceiling that I had to clean. Furthermore, I later discovered a small dent that I originally did not see, and it would have been nice if that was disclosed upfront, as I'll now have to attend to it to prevent future rust. Regardless, I will still use Ottawa Dodge for future repairs and will consider them again when purchasing another vehicle. More

Excellent experience for a first time car buyer I went to Ottawa Dodge for the purchase of my first vehicle - a used Fiat 500 Sport. Not only were Ottawa Dodge's prices on the reasonable end of the I went to Ottawa Dodge for the purchase of my first vehicle - a used Fiat 500 Sport. Not only were Ottawa Dodge's prices on the reasonable end of the spectrum for such a lightly used car, the dealership's service was above and beyond what I experienced at other dealers. Tim Percival was quick to introduce himself associate and after telling him what I was looking for he promptly showed me the available stock. He was extremely informative on the test drive and told me things that I did not know about Fiats despite my extensive research. Tim was professional and understanding throughout negotiations for price and we reached a deal that was favourable for both parties. The dealership and Tim were super flexible and accommodating with allowing me to leave the car on the lot for a couple extra weeks while I waited for my insurance rates to drop. Without this understanding and accommodation I probably would not have been able to purchase the car on the day I did. They helped me secure the car I wanted. Since leaving the dealership I have had some communication with both Tim and the Service Department. Everyone at Ottawa Dodge seems to be on the same page when it comes to excellent service because they are extremely willing to listen and to assist in any way possible. I couldn't imagine the experience of buying my first car going any better than it did with Ottawa Dodge Chrysler. More
