A Pleasant Surprise I've never bought from a dealership before and I am abit wary of them (I've heard some scare stories from friends). So I wasn't completely convinced that I would be buying a car from this dealership. Spencer looked after us from the beginning. He was honest about the vehicle we were looking at (a Fiat 500 Sport). He was willing to work with us on the final price for the vehicle, to make sure we were happy with what we were paying. We had finance options explained clearly to us, but never felt that we were being pushed down a particular path. I found the whole process really exciting really as it went so smoothly. More

Service for a recall When I got the recall letter from Dodge, the parts were not available. When I got the 1st reminder I called the dealer and the rep (Raj) confirmed tha When I got the recall letter from Dodge, the parts were not available. When I got the 1st reminder I called the dealer and the rep (Raj) confirmed that one of the 2 parts was in stock and that he would call when the other part arrived. He called the next day and we agreed on the date/time of the service call. When I showed up for the recall the service person, Charles Dinelle, checked what the recall was about and advised the duration of the repair. He also checked that the tel numbers on file were still accurate. Since I was waiting, he kept me appraised of the progress. The repair took less time than planned and I was happily on my way in a freshly washed vehicle. More
