I was leery of ever going back to another yet when my boyfriend and I went in to window shop I found myself purchasing a new Jeep Cherokee. Spencer was helpful, knowledgeable, never pushy, and when he didn't know he found out. He advocated for what I was requesting and followed up with me even long after the sale had gone through and his part was done. He was polite, personable, and presented himself in a very professional manner. He always ensured that he was accessible for any concerns or questions and I would buy another vehicle from him in a heartbeat. My salesman was so friendly, and he made sure that I was taken care of entirely. Lucky for me there was remaining extended warranty still left on the vehicle so I had peace of mind that should anything break or need repair, then the cost would be covered under warranty. I most recently had my own mechanic do a check-up to make sure everything was running smoothly, and he provided me with a list of needed repairs to take to my dealership to see if anything could be covered under the warranty. My fear was that "the fine print" on the warranty may pose problems. Being a skeptic, I fully expected to have to go to battle with the service department at Ottawa Dodge. I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service I received. The Service Advisor was very courteous, listened to what I had to say, and reassured me that all of my repairs would be covered. Booking the appointment to leave my car, and their shuttle service was easy and convenient. The needed repairs ended up taking one day longer to complete, but my Service Advisor made sure to have a rental vehicle ready for me at no extra charge. I'm shocked that everything went so smoothly, with virtually no interruptions in my work schedule, or unpleasant surprises with having to pay for repairs not covered under warranty fine print. I've thought t Factory order 2016 Dodge Challenger R/T Shaker I had initially posted a 2.5/5 review about my purchase & experience at Ottawa Dodge. I've thought things over, and that review was unfair. I ordered my car on December 1st, and Geoff told me that he would let me know when the VIN was assigned so I could track the build. The car arrived on the truck on January 21st, surprising everyone, including the dealership. I was disappointed that I didn't have a chance to track the build, but neither I nor anyone at the dealership had any idea that the factory would get it done so quickly. I should have kept that in mind. There was a huge miscommunication (including on my part) when it came to the financing. I thought Joe knew about the 90 days no payment, and it caught me off guard when it wasn't in the contract. I should have opened my big yap & said something, as he would have changed the terms immediately. I was disappointed too that I could not get a lift from my residence to the dealership in the courtesy shuttle, but there again, that is something I should have arranged with Geoff the day the car arrived, not the morning of the day I was supposed to pick it up. Love the car, the muscle car I've always dreamed of. I give a new review of 4 stars, and if the system allowed the awarding of partial stars, Geoff and the team at Ottawa Dodge would get 4.25-4.5 stars. :) Thanks, folks. Rob More

Fast and excellent warranty repair Handbrake broke. Called the service department to schedule an appointment and got the timeslot I was looking for. When I got there, the Technical Advi Handbrake broke. Called the service department to schedule an appointment and got the timeslot I was looking for. When I got there, the Technical Advisor was respectful and courteous. He wasn't sure if they could repair today, because of he didn't think they would have this part in stock. Got a mechanic to have a look right away. Within 10 mins I had my car back and I was on my way to work. They ordered the part and the day after they fixed it. I asked that it be ready before 1pm, and they got it done at 10:30. Again, excellent fast efficient service. I would recommend any time. More
