Highly Recommend Gordie Antle Gordie provided me with all details regarding the vehicle that I needed in order to make a purchase. He provided professionalism, knowledge and most important there was the trust factor. After all, people buy from people that they trust and like. Of course the product also is a factor. Being informed on the product adds to the decision process as well. I would recommend Gordie Antle and Mac Lang to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

He is knowledgable about the vehicles he sells, very personable, easy to talk to and ask questions of, patient...never rushed us, and best of all he wants to make the experience great. His casual but professional manner makes him the perfect choice for your salesman not to mention the 30+ years in the business! Carrie McCreight in the business office also treated us very well. Friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She made writing the cheque a whole lot more pleasant! More

Worst experience in a service department I've every had I am the regretful second owner of a 2011 Jeep Patriot North Edition. I purchased an extended warranty on this vehicle and guess what.......no repair I am the regretful second owner of a 2011 Jeep Patriot North Edition. I purchased an extended warranty on this vehicle and guess what.......no repairs were needed until the warranty expired, mmmmm. Perhaps this is coincidental? I can put it down to coincidence. However, I've spent over $2,500 in repairs in less than one year. The vehicle has only been maintained at this dealership; oil changes, tire rotation etc. If you are prepared to take your vehicle here for repairs be prepared to wait anywhere from 2hrs to 6hrs at any given time, without notice. (The entire service repair team go on lunch at the same time) - ludicrous. If you are prepared to take your vehicle here for diagnosis/repair of a problem, be prepared to have it repaired (at a high price) several times for the initial problem that you took it in for, but not correctly diagnosed. This has happened to me and although I've taken this Jeep Patriot in with the same concern several times and $$$$s later, the problem continues. This dealership even tried to blame the problem on 'worn' tires and sold me a set of 4 all seasons. Not only did this not correct the problem but one of the new tires developed a 'balooning out' of the sidewall within less than 15,000 kms of driving use (these tires were stored most of the time as I use winter tires also). The problem continues..... so despite the fact that I work full-time and use this vehicle for work, the problem has not been corrected and still this service department expects me take the vehicle in at 8am on a work day because they cannot find time in their busy schedule to replace one tire and test drive the vehicle on any other of the optional days and times that would better suit my busy schedule. I have lost hours and hours of work time, used up hours and hours of my spare time (of which I have very little), spent thousands of dollars of my hard earned money, and still the problem with this Jeep continues. I would not recommend this service department. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jeep as a reliable behicle. Go on the internet before buying and look up expert and customer ratings on the Jeep Patriot. They are extremely poor; 1.5 stars at best. In retrospect, I wish I had done my homework before buying this Jeep and before setting a foot in the dealership. Had I researched this service department prior to buying this lemon, I would not have even considered it. Mac Lang have certainly earned their poor consumer ratings. More
I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family! Geordie made sure I received exactly what I wanted in a truck and also made some great suggestions along the way to help me with my buying experience. Beware of their workmanship and knowledge!! I took my dodge ram in for a transfer case output seal which was supposed to cost about $200.00 dollars. After several trips back because of a vibrati I took my dodge ram in for a transfer case output seal which was supposed to cost about $200.00 dollars. After several trips back because of a vibration which was not there before I replaced the output seal it ended up costing me another 600.00 for what they said I needed was a yoke and a new u-joint. The reason for their diagnosis was a chip on the yoke which sent the shaft out of balance. This had to have been caused by dropping my drive shaft as the vibration was there right after they replaced the seal. Of course they would not admit it. So after three trips back they still did not remove the vibration completely. So I took the truck to Barrie Chrysler where I originally bought it for a diagnosis and they said my drive shaft was bent slightly (read above and guess how that happened). They replaced the drive shaft which was another 700 dollars and the vibration is finally gone. More
