Sam was very friendly and polite and very patient with our 9 year old daughter. He was thorough and organized. The other vehicals I have bought all the paperwork gets stuffed into the owners holder, now I our 9 year old daughter. He was thorough and organized. On Thursday Sep/13 I was looking through the OMS dealership parking lot with a copy of GM's newspaper Ad about the Year-End season clear out as the Sunday previously I had no choice but to scrap my dealership parking lot with a copy of GM's newspaper Ad about the Year-End season clear out as the Sunday previously I had no choice but to scrap my old car. Sam walked up & asked if he could be of assistance and I replied that I did need a new vehicle but I was getting "sticker-shock" based what I had seen so far. Sam mentioned he understood and asked what I was after and led me to an area where there were more models of the vehicle I was considering ( a 2012 Cruze ). After a little bit of browzing Sam & I came across 2 vehicles that fit my needs. I also mentioned to Sam that I was single so low payments were the only way I would likely be able to get into a new vehicle, and I did not want to lease. Sam mentioned the 2012 Cruzes were eligible for the 0% Financing option with up to 7 years repayment. That was what I needed to hear. Sam made the purchasing process quick & easy, his knowledge about the 2012 Cruze and obvious insight into understanding people's needs was almost unexpected. Sam's experience and care for the person across the desk from him was refreshing. I would most definitely recommend Sam & OMS to anybody in the market for a new vehicle. I am very much enjoying my new Cruze, it is apparent GM has put a lot of time,care, and engineering into this car which is almost unexpected for this segment. I can see why AJAC had named it "Car of the Year."
