Wow, awesome, friendly, educated about the product and super helpful even after you drive away.. This is ""Mich Lanteigne"" .. I showed up one recent evening to get a look at a used 2008 Pontiac Torren super helpful even after you drive away.. This is ""Mich Lanteigne"" .. I showed up one recent evening to get a look at a used 2008 Pontiac Torrent that I had seen via the dealers online site. Within moments of meeting Mich, he stopped talking about the "sale" of the vehicle and started asking what would make my wife and I comfortable. He was concerned with making sure we left that night with all our questions answered, and even set up a test drive for the next day. Upon driving the SUV I was set on it being the proper fit for my family (safe and reliable for my kids as well), now to the price. When Mich sat down to discuss the value and price, he left nothing out (which as I have learned in the past can be COSTLY). Mich assured me that he would assist in making sure the payments were going to be where I could handle. After just a short few hours I was told the SUV was mine and I was driving away a few days later. This is where the "Sale" stopped and the friendship began. The next day I called and asked Mich if there was any chance of retrieving a CD left in my traded vehicle that belonged to my son.. within mins Mich called me back and told me to come by at my convenience that he had retrieved it. Mich went beyond his requirement and even called days later to just check up to make sure the SUV was working out.. (NO! I got the great deal you may not have it back! lol) I advise anyone looking to feel at ease with no pressure at all, stop by and talk to ""Mich Lanteigne"" you wont be disappointed with his advice, knowledge, and hopefully a newer or brand new purchase..
