Customer for years Drop off was 10:30. Arrived early at 10:00 and they took me in a little early. Brought car in to repair a slow leak in a tire as well as regular mai Drop off was 10:30. After waiting and hour Anthony came out to tell me I also required a couple filters and I had the option to get it done now or return at another time as one of them had to be ordered and this would take a couple hours. I decided to wait as we relocated residence to Scarborough and I’d rather wait than return since I had the time. I chose to take a two hour walk and returned at 1:00 when I thought my car would be ready. Hence it wasn’t and I had to wait another two hours. This was a very unusual case as I have been dealing with Old Mill for years and purchased previous car from them and traded in for the 2018 Equinox and look forward to continued service with them. Anthony is very polite and knowledgeable and it is with great pleasure that he deals with clients with utmost professionalism. It is worth the drive from Scarborough. More
