I jut bought a car for my wire a month back and went back to these guys again. They found me the car I was looking for at a really good price, a Mercedes GLK 350. It was a great vehicle to drive and they fixed it up from top to bottom before I purchased the vehicle. They also held onto the car whilst I waited for some financing to come through and whilst I was out of town. Then they delivered the car today and it drove and looked great. I cant say about the service and patience of these guys with special mentions for JP and Betty. HIghly recommended for your next car purchase. More

After I got it home, Alec called to make sure all was well, and when I told him about a small chip in the paint that I had not noticed before, he arranged to have it touched up, at no cost to me, even though I offered to pay for the service. Alec is NOT a high pressure sales person. He provides whatever information you request, and if he is not sure, he doesn't guess--he finds out the answer and gets back to you. Great job Alec! Bought a Lexus and the work wasnt done HAPPY UPDATE UPDATE After returning the car for service I was greeted wonderfully and accommodated while I waited, the team went above and beyond to fix the issues UPDATE After returning the car for service I was greeted wonderfully and accommodated while I waited, the team went above and beyond to fix the issues and even filled the gas and detailed my vehicle before I left we are happy customers and will definitely be back to purchase again !!!! Purchased a Lexus suv used on Saturday sales person Salem was awesome the vehicle was not on the lot yet so was advised would be certified and have a couple minor cosmetic issues resolved. Was advised will be ready Monday evening picked it up in -20 windshield 730 at night couldn't see the cosmetic wasn't done get on the highway to go home turn on the wipers and they don't touch the windshield ! Had to run to Canadian tire at 8 am next morning to get wipers put on and noticed the CD player doesn't work. Called once open spoke to Salem who advised the service manager would get back to me in 5 minutes -3hrs later called back again was told he would call shortly another 3 hrs he finally called first saying he was only calling now because there was miscommunication that he was to call me back? I advised the cosmetic issues were not done and the DVDs has an error I am told the rust spots were not done because I rushed to have the car and his tech said the stereo worked ? I didn't even get to the wiper issues which I'm positive are required to certify ! He wanted to have someone come to Brampton and get my car and return it once complete which I have refused as I am not risking my insurance having someone else drive my vehicle so have to take a day off work to wait for them to fix issues which should have been done -very inconvenient hopefully will be resolved I suggest if purchasing used check everything even in the dark before leaving ! More

He is a very responsive salesman and takes his time to see how the customer is doing. He didn't rush us at all, and was very relaxed during the entire duration of our visit. The service was really fast and the car was ready before the promised date! The information given on the vehicle ad was very accurate as well. Alec got us the deal we wanted and he really does stick to his words. We will be coming back in the future for other vehicles! More
