Patience is the key I just completed my 2nd purchase with Oakridge Ford in just under 3 years. I was always interested in the Ford brand. In both experiences I purchased through Steve Sawruk. On our first meeting I was impressed with his knowledge of the 2012 Escape I was interested in; Although his thoroughness he took in making sure he covered everything is what impressed me the most. Of course from this experience there was no question I was coming back.On the second purchase I had no choice but to bring my 2 "excited " children. Usually on these occasions you can sense the frustration. Not with Steve...as cool as can be...Overall Experience....well let's just say it is now one of my kids favourite place! More

Great Customer Service and Perks! I was looking on Oakridge Ford web site for a good used vehicle at a great price with low kls. Wow from the first initial meeting right through to the final sale, Ted Cascadden, was very knowledgeable and friendly, with a non pushy approach. I feel very fortunate to have met Ted. I got the vehicle I wanted, at a good price. The day I picked up the car the great perks made me feel very happy, it was full of gas, one free oil change and a wonderful detailed description, use of all my cars features and how to use them.(better than just reading the manual) I informed Ted would be telling my family and friends that are in the market for a vehicle new or used to go to him.
